⏰ WordPress One-Day Projects Booking
How Booking Works
Step 1: Fill out the form below
Tell me what you need fixed or updated. The more details, the better! I’ll let you know if it’s a good fit and recommend the best option (Quick Fix, Half-Day, Full-Day, or custom option).
Step 2: Confirm the date
I’ll send you a link to book a day and pay a 50% deposit to hold your spot. The rest is due on the day of the work. You must be available to communicate during this time as well.
Step 3: Prep & access
I’ll send a quick checklist to ensure I have everything I need (logins, notes, assets). You’ll also be able to message me directly if anything comes up.
To keep things smooth and efficient, I’ll need the following at least 48 hours before your Fix Day:
- Admin login to your WordPress site (or staging site)
- Brief description of the issues you’re having or changes you’d like
- Page URLs where the problems live or updates are needed
- Branding info (if relevant): logos, color hex codes, preferred fonts
- Content if we’re updating or adding anything new (text/images)
- Any plugin/theme info that’s important to know (e.g., custom theme, page builder in use)
I’ll send a short checklist after booking so you can upload all of this in one go!
Step 4: Fix Day!
I’ll get to work on your site during the window we agreed on, and you’ll get updates along the way. We’ll communicate as needed through email, calls, or chat.
Step 5: Follow-up
Once your fix is done, I’ll send a summary of what was updated, along with any tips, links, or other follow-up as needed.
